Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Shipping All items are made-to-order and printed in the United States. We process and ship orders as promptly as possible after receipt of a properly completed order and payment confirmation. Shipping is handled by third-party carriers.

Delivery We make every reasonable effort to ship orders in a timely manner, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on various factors beyond our control, including carrier performance, weather, holidays, customs (for international orders), and unforeseen events.

Shipping Rates & Options Shipping rates and available carriers are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, order details, and selected options. We may offer different shipping methods where available.

Tracking If tracking is provided by the carrier, we will share the tracking information via email once your order ships.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon our handover of the item to the carrier.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from shipping issues.
  • Address errors or incomplete information provided by you may result in non-delivery, additional fees, or loss of the package without refund.
  • If we are unable to ship within the time required by applicable law (including FTC rules), we will notify you of the delay, provide any available information on the anticipated timing (or state if no estimate can be made), and offer you the option to either consent to the delay or cancel the order for a prompt refund of any amounts paid for unshipped merchandise.
